Patient Information

Everything you need to know before, during, and after your visit to Trupti Dental.

Insurance & Payment

We believe cost should never be a barrier to good dental health. Trupti Multispeciality Dental Clinic accepts a range of payment options to make your visit as convenient as possible.

  • Cash — accepted for all treatments.
  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) — scan and pay at the front desk.
  • Dental insurance — we work with several corporate and personal dental insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card and policy details and we will verify your coverage before treatment begins.

For larger treatment plans such as implants or orthodontics, we are happy to discuss costs upfront and, where possible, spread payments across multiple visits. Please speak to our front desk team when booking.

New Patient Information

We are always welcoming new patients and their families. To help your first appointment run smoothly, here is what to bring and what to expect.

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete a brief medical history form.
  • Bring any previous dental X-rays or treatment records if you have them — this helps us avoid unnecessary repeat imaging.
  • Let us know about any medications you currently take, including supplements and over-the-counter medicines.
  • If you have dental anxiety, please tell us when booking — we take extra care to make anxious patients feel at ease.
  • No referral is needed. You can book directly by calling us or using our online contact form.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

Your first visit at Trupti Dental is about getting to know you and understanding your oral health — not rushing through a checklist. Here is what typically happens:

  • Welcome and medical history — A brief review of your health background and any concerns you want to address.
  • Clinical examination — Dr. Preeti will examine your teeth, gums, and jaw. She checks for cavities, signs of gum disease, bite alignment, and anything else that warrants attention.
  • X-rays if needed — Dental X-rays are only taken when clinically indicated, not as a routine for every patient.
  • Honest treatment discussion — Dr. Preeti will explain exactly what she found, what treatment is recommended, what the options are, and what can safely wait. No pressure, no upselling.
  • Treatment or booking — Simple treatments (such as a filling or cleaning) can often be completed the same day if time allows. More involved procedures will be scheduled at a convenient future appointment.

A standard new-patient appointment typically takes 30–60 minutes. Bring any questions — Dr. Preeti encourages them.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do dental implants cost in Hassan?

Implant costs vary depending on the number of implants, the bone condition, and whether any preparatory work (such as a bone graft or sinus lift) is needed. At Trupti Dental, we provide a detailed, written cost estimate after a clinical assessment — so you know exactly what is involved before any commitment. Please call or book an implant consultation for a personalised quote.

Will dental treatment be painful?

Most treatments are carried out under local anaesthetic, which means you should feel pressure but not pain. Dr. Preeti takes particular care with the anaesthetic process itself, which is often where patients feel the most anxiety. If you are nervous, please let us know — we work at your pace and will not proceed until you are comfortable.

At what age should my child first see a dentist?

Ideally, a child's first dental visit should happen around the time their first tooth appears — typically between 6 and 12 months — or no later than their first birthday. Early visits help us spot any developing issues, guide parents on diet and brushing habits, and most importantly, help children grow up feeling comfortable at the dentist. We see children of all ages and are experienced at making young patients feel at ease.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM). For larger treatment plans, we are happy to discuss a phased payment arrangement. Please speak to our front desk when booking your appointment.

Do you see patients for dental emergencies?

Yes. We do our best to accommodate dental emergencies on the same day. If you are experiencing severe toothache, a broken tooth, swelling, or a lost crown or filling, please call us first thing in the morning and we will fit you in as soon as possible. Our clinic hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
