What We Collect

This website does not collect or store any personal information. There are no accounts or sign-ups, and nothing you type on this site is saved by us.

The appointment form on our Contact page does not send anything to us or store it on this website. When you tap "Send on WhatsApp", the details you entered (your name, the patient's age and contact number, reason for visit, and any preferred date, time or note) are passed to WhatsApp, which opens them as a draft message. The clinic receives nothing until you tap Send in WhatsApp yourself, and you can review or change the message before you do.

We do not collect any sensitive health or medical information through this website. Clinical records are kept separately and securely within the clinic.

This website does not set its own cookies or use analytics or tracking scripts. We do not collect any data about how you browse this site.

How We Use It

When you send us a message on WhatsApp, whether from the appointment form or directly, we use it for one purpose only: to respond to you and, where applicable, to confirm or schedule a dental appointment.

We will not use your contact details to send marketing messages, promotional offers, or newsletters without your explicit permission. We will not add you to any mailing list.

How Long We Keep It

This website keeps nothing. The appointment form does not store your details or send them to us; it passes them to WhatsApp to prepare your message.

Messages you send us on WhatsApp stay in the clinic's WhatsApp account, where we use them to reply to you and manage your appointment. If you would like us to delete your messages, just ask us by phone or on WhatsApp.

Clinical records maintained inside the clinic are subject to separate retention obligations under applicable Indian health regulations and are not covered by this policy.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information from our records.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp. We will respond within a reasonable time and at no charge.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

When you use the appointment form or contact us on WhatsApp, your details and messages are handled by WhatsApp (owned by Meta), and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to how that service handles them. Our website is hosted by Netlify, which serves these pages but does not receive anything you type into the appointment form.

Two parts of this website are provided by Google. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your device's IP address in order to send the fonts to your browser. The maps on our Contact and We're Moving pages are Google Maps and load only if you tap "Show map"; Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google's privacy policy applies to both. We do not receive or see any of this information.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or tracking service on this website.
